"Shared leadership... is less like a an orchestra, where the conductor is always in charge, and more like a jazz band, where leadership is passed around ... depending on what the music demands at the moment and who feels most moved by the spirit to express the music." Schlechy 2001

Over the long history of the Center many relationships have been explored and established. Thousands of individuals and hundreds of organizations have interacted with Center programs and consultants. Now with the technology of Skype and other web based systems, the center is interested in forming coaching relationships with individuals, schools and organizations.

Coaching has become a reliable way to establish a consultative or helping relationship. Our approach to coaching is based upon establishing an ongoing dialogue between the center and persons, schools and organizations that seek the opportunity to use a coaching relationship to bring new perspectives, innovative and creative dynamics to professional and personal development.

Coaching can take many forms and be structured for short and long term interaction and contact. With current communication options a coaching relationship with the center can be arranged with a mix of face to face and web based sessions, discussions and conferences.

If interested in establishing a formal coaching relationship with George Otero, a request to explore a coaching relationship can be placed at info@relationalearning.com .
